The procedure starts with a notice of non-compliance with a 14 day time frame for the property to come into compliance.
If no movement toward compliance, a letter with pictures of the issues and a copy of the portion of the ordnance that is non-compliant.
If still no movement towards compliance a “packet” will be put together with copies of all correspondence with the owner, pictures and the portion of the ordnance that is in violation.
This packet will also include the TWP’s demands as far as any monies spent to be recovered and any other fees associated with the filing of the complaint.
Once this packet is complete it will be passed to the 81st district court for a informal or formal hearing before a judge for review and adjudication.
